PICKUP AND DELIVERY AVAILABILITY
Moss Motors BMW is taking preventative actions to help protect our staff and valued customers against the COVID-19 Virus. We have implemented a scheduled cleaning routine during business hours to thoroughly disinfect ALL surfaces, door knobs, access handles, light switches and general contact areas. We have hand sanitizer available at all consumer contact areas and at the entrance and exits to the building. Due to the current situation, we have also directed our cleaning crew to pay close attention to all high- traffic contact areas and are taking extra care while disinfecting those areas.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY
In addition, we will try to assist customers that may be concerned for their safety by offering free pick up and delivery for Service within a 10 mile radius of our Dealership. Please call 337-769-2678 to arrange for this Service.
PROTECTIVE CARE DURING SERVICE VISIT
All Moss Motors BMW Service Technicians are required to use protective gloves while servicing your vehicle. All vehicles will have:
• Protective Steering Wheel Covers that will be discarded after the service.
• Protective Seat Covers that will be discarded after the service.
